Personal Coaching

Coaching sessions take place on the phone, in the comfort of your own home.  Or wherever you feel you can relax and openly talk, without interruption or distraction. 

Package Deal

I really (really) recommend that new clients intend on spending at least three months together.

  • Prework

  • Four 60-minute phone coaching sessions to be used within six weeks

  • Truth Work and Tools for between calls (picture fun homework with no subjective grading policy)

  • E-mail support (Monday through Friday)

  • $200.00 per 4-session package

Single Session Coaching

This is for existing clients who no longer wish to have weekly calls and still want regular coaching on monthly basis or when a special need arises.

  • One 60-minute session

  • E-mail support for one week after call

  • $55 per session
